EXIT Realty of NYC & LI, Regional Owner Hector Castillo joined EXIT Realty in February 2002 by purchasing the Subfranchisor Rights for Downstate NY which includes the 5 Boroughs and Long Island.  He was Licensed in New York State as an Associate in June 1988 and became a Real Estate Broker in February 1992.  During his Real Estate career, he worked with 3 major Real Estate Franchise companies.
While working for those Franchise companies, he realized that the Old Time Conventional Real Estate has 2 dimensional systems which are Listing and Selling, at EXIT we offer a 3rd. dimension called Sponsoring, besides at EXIT there are NO Desk Fees.
 
His decision to join EXIT Realty was quick, it took just 10 minutes during the introduction of EXIT to understand their concept.  He soon noticed that the EXIT system is a win, win in the business.  He realized that with the EXIT System, the Real Estate Industry automatically becomes a profession and it comes with a built in future for Realtors.  For the last 100 years, the Real Estate industry offers NO future for Brokers and Agents.  Having NO Future in Real Estate is what has pushed many Realtors to other industries.
 
His goal is to build the biggest Real Estate Franchise ever in NYC and L.I. by providing Fantastic Franchise and Sales Opportunities.  EXIT is good for every Real Estate Professional and their families!
